The processing of an application is subject to receipt of completed materials and a non-refundable application fee.  Holding space in a class is subject to receipt of a non-refundable Tuition deposit within 14 days of notification of application of acceptance. Reinstatement after that time will be contingent upon the availability of openings in the class.  The registration process must be complete, contract signed, tuition and fees paid, and an up-to-date immunization record on file before a student may attend class.

Southminster School offers a method of automatic deduction from your checking account on a monthly basis to cover tuition.

Southminster School offers financial aid to eligible families with children in K-Fifth Grade.

Hot Lunch Program

• A catered lunch will be available on full school days if parents do not wish to provide a lunch from home.
• The lunch will be prepared onsite and delivered to the classrooms for the preschool and pre-k students. Bridge through 5th grade will go to the kitchen to pick up their lunch.
• One and two year-olds can not order hot lunch.
• The menu and cost will be provided by the caterer.  Payment is made directly to the catering company.

After School Activities

Various after school activities will be provided at an extra cost by individuals or groups using the school facilities. Information regarding these classes or clubs is available upon request. The classes will include but not be limited to: Chess, Gymnastics, Spanish, Karate, Cheer, Science, Dance, Kid Fit, Robotics, and Ensemble.
